मानव एकता मंच ने पुलिस कार्रवाई की आलोचना की

फाजिल्का & मानव एकता मंच ने दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ अनशन पर बैठे बाबा रामदेव को जबरदस्ती अनशन से उठाए जाने की कड़ी निंदा की है। रविवार को मंच के महासचिव रवि अरोड़ा के प्रतिष्ठान पर आयोजित बैठक में कन्वीनर धर्म चावला ने कहा कि सर्वप्रथम मंच बाबा रामदेव व उनके समर्थन में आमरण अनशन पर बैठे हजारों लोगों को नमन करता है, क्योंकि वह अपने स्वार्थ के लिए नहीं, बल्कि देश के हित में अनशन पर बैठे। साथ ही उन्हें जबरन व बर्बरता पूर्ण ढंग से अनशन से उठाने वाली सरकार की भत्र्सना भी मंच करता है। मंच की तरफ से महासचिव अरोड़ा, दर्शन कामरा, उपाध्यक्ष राजीव वाट्स, अशोक पाहवा, व अन्य सदस्यों ने बाबा से अपना अनशन जारी रखने की अपील की है, ताकि पूरा देश उनके साथ भ्रष्टाचार और काले धन के मुद्दे पर खड़ा हो सके।

Graduates Welfare Association Fazilka (GWAF) is a “non-profit” organisation established in year 2005 as an initiative by Dr. Bhupinder Singh, Counselor & Consulting Engineer Former Professor, Indian institute of Technology, Roorkee. He established this association by involving people from various walks of life, those who are directly or indirectly related to city beautiful Fazilka.

The main endeavour of this association to unite the youth of city under one roof for the progressive development of the city, maintaining the culture and heritage of the city, to generate the various job opportunities for the unemployed youth of this area mainly by improving tourist potential of the city, providing platform to apply for various higher studies and job options in India as well as abroad and their career and personality development through different mechanism like organizing various workshops, lecture series and career development counseling cells.

For the cause of education, employment and ecology, (3Es).The association GWAF is a non profit organisation dedicated to guiding and counseling the fresh graduates to acquire appropriate placement and employment as per their competence. मिनी सचिवालय में तीसरे दिन भी काम ठप

मिनी सचिवालय में वसीकानवीस, टाइपिस्ट, स्टांपफरोश, नक्शानवीस और फोटा स्टेट यूनियनों की हड़ताल शुक्रवार को तीसरे दिन भी जारी रही। इस कारण मिनी सचिवालय का कामकाज ठप रहा। साथ ही इन संगठनों के पक्ष में पंजाब किसान सभा और अखिल भारतीय नौजवान सभा के अलावा बार एसोसिएशन तहसीलदार के खिलाफ उतर आई है। इस मौके पर उन्होंने तहसीलदार के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की और सरकार से मांग की कि तहसीलदार का तुरंत तबादला किया जाए। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी है कि जब तक तहसीलदार का तबादला नहीं हो जाता तब तक वह हड़ताल खत्म नहीं करेंगे।

आम व्यक्तियों का सहयोग मांगा

इस मौके पर बार एसोसिएशन प्रधान राजेश कालड़ा ने कहा कि बार वसीकानवीसों के साथ खड़ी है। उन्होंने कहा कि वकील, पटवारी के अलावा आम जनता भी तहसीलदार से परेशान है। पंजाब किसान सभा के प्रधान दर्शन राम कंबोज ने कहा कि सभी कार्यालयों में भ्रष्टाचार फैला हुआ है। इसे खत्म करने के लिए हर व्यक्ति को आगे आना होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि यही तहसीलदार पहले जलालाबाद में तैनात था। वहां से प्रदर्शन के बाद उसका तबादला किया गया। अखिल भारतीय नौजवान सभा के जिलाध्यक्ष डॉक्टर सर्बजीत सिंह बनवाला ने कहा कि तहसीलदार किसानों से रजिस्ट्री करने के बदले में पैसे की मांग करता है।

मंत्री बनते शुरू हुई एसी बस सेवा

विधायक से ट्रांसपोर्ट मंत्री बनते ही सुरजीत कुमार ज्याणी ने फाजिल्का से जम्मू के लिए एसी बस सेवा शुरू कर दी। यह बस रात 9 बजे के बाद चलाई गई। इससे जहां लोगों में खुशी है वहीं यात्रियों ने बस स्टैंड की कमियों को पूरा करने की मांग की है।

यात्रियों को कई समस्याएं और भी

अबोहर से फिरोजपुर तक का रोजाना सफर करने वाले यात्री संदीप कुमार ने बताया कि फाजिल्का से फिरोजपुर के लिए बसों की भारी कमी है। इस रूट पर फिरोजपुर की मनोपली है। गर्मी के मौसम में बस यात्रियों से भरी हुई होती है। जिससे खासकर लड़कियों और महिलाओं को अधिक परेशानी होती है। फिरोजपुर के मनीष जैन ने बताया कि परिवहन मंत्री को चाहिए कि इस रूट पर एसी बसें चलाएं। फाजिल्का आईटीआई के विद्यार्थी प्रदीप कुमार, कन्हैया लाल, रवि कुमार, जसिवन्द्र सिंह, संजय कुमार, इंद्रसेन और बलकार सिंह ने बताया कि वह मलोट चौक पर रोडवेज की बस को रोकते हैं तो चालक विद्यार्थी देखकर नहीं रोकते। जिस कारण उन्हें प्राइवेट बसों पर सफर करना पड़ता है या फिर बस स्टैंड आना पड़ता है।

ठेके पर है स्टाफ

My FAzilka

60 year old historical town Fazilka popularly also know as Bangla is located in southwestern Punjab (INDIA), about 325 kms west of Chandigarh, and 200 km south of Amritsar. Fazilka is on India -Pakistan border. It is well connected by rail and road with major cities of India. The attraction of Fazilka is its living environment. Fazilka city is one of the rice growing and cotton rich belt of the Punjab ,there are many rice factories in the city. The city is famous for good quality of rice. it is one of the main city which exports rice. Fazilka is also a main exporter of wool and hand made famous Punjabi Jutti and exclusive sweets of the city "Tosha" is famous worldwide.

Diverting the Sutlej water in Punjab to the Thar desert has affected the residents of Fazilka, a small town near the Radcliff line. This has been done to undoubtedly win over vote banks. The town situated along the banks of the freshwater horseshoe lake Badha has been receiving snow water as recharge from Sutlej. But the diversion has made the lake fluoride-ridden, with an increase in the total dissolved solids in groundwater. Birds from Siberia would come to this lake earlier. Once a breeding ground for fish, today the place is dry. We see encroachments on the riverbanks and the mafia sell the sand under the riverbed. And with the Sutlej truncated at Suleimanki Head Works by the Water Commission of the government of India, there’s little hope for the people of Fazilka. Maybe a channel routed from the Bhakra main canal to the existing network of channels in South Punjab can fill the Badha lake with water every season.

Previously, Clock Tower was maintained by Periwal Trust but after 1991 it is being looked after by Municipal Council, Fazilka.

Economy

economy-The economy of the Fazilka is based on agriculture. Before partition, it was a major wool market. Traders used to export wool to Britain via the ports at Karachi in Sindh. By 2007, wool production had decreased to about 10% of the production before partition. The area around the town grows high quality cereals (wheat, rice, and others). A hybrid variety of citrus fruit known as 'Kino' is grown in this region. The surrounding areas also produce guava and cotton.

The town is home to heritage cottage industries such as the production of woven strings (Waan) fabricated from Sarkanda grass acquired from the bank of the river Sutlej. This is a labour intensive low profit cottage industry.

Graduate level courses are available at M.R. Govt. College. Some private institutes give opportunities for diploma and degree level computer courses. Courses are also available for a Bachelor of Education degree. There is one Industrial Training Institute that provides vocational courses. Some private institutes also provide vocational courses.
